Mangaluru: One Step Closer (OSC), in association with Aryan Resorts, is organising a beauty contest called “Pride of Karnataka – 2019” and auditions for the same will be held in Manipal on Saturday, October 5.

Men, women, boy and girls that fall within the age group of 13-30 years are eligible to audition for the contest.

The auditions will comprise two rounds, namely a traditional round and a talent round. Contestants will have three minutes to showcase their various talents in the talent round.

Contestants will also have to participate in a Q&A round, where they will be asked to introduce themselves and answer questions from the jury. The contestants who succeed in these rounds will be eligible to take part in the “Pride of Karnataka – Grand Finale” on November 28 and 29. The jury will pick the finalists of the competition and their decision is final.

The top three winners of the finale will be awarded the title of Mr/Miss Teen and Mr/Miss Karnataka.

Auditions for another beauty contest called “Super Mom of Karnataka – 2019” will be held on the same day for mothers.

This contest will not be limited to the fashion ramp as it also comprises fun tasks and homework tasks. The competition will be the first of its kind in Karnataka.
