Mangaluru: Association of Kannada Kootas of America (AKKA) members organized a bicycle marathon in Mangaluru to increase awareness about breast cancer.

The bicycle marathon started from Lalbagh circle passed through Bejai Church, Bunts Hostel, Jyothi Circle, Hampankatta, Clock Tower, K S Rao road and reached Mangalore City Corporation premises through PVS road.

Bicycle riders, in good numbers, tried to reach as many people as possible to create awareness about breast cancer through messages. The programme was organized as a part of AKKA’s Breast Cancer Awareness Endowment.
