Mumbai: After the star couple, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma circulated a video of Sharma pulling up a man for throwing a piece of plastic out of his luxury car, there was a lot of debate about the incident with many terming it a mere publicity stunt. The man later identified himself as Arhhan Singh on Facebook and stood up for himself against the backlash he was facing online.

It has now been reported that Arhhan has served the couple a legal notice on Saturday, for shaming him on social media.

In a text message sent to a news network, Arhhan said that his legal advisors have sent a notice to Kohli and Sharma. Saying that the ball was now in their court, he added, “in all fairness I should await their response”.

Soon after the video of Anushka Sharma “schooling” him went viral, Arhhan admitted he was at fault for having littered. He also called out Sharma for her use of foul language to address his actions. His mother also came to his defence and, expressing concern for his safety said that he received a lot of threats following the incident, as the couple did not blur his face in the video before uploading it.
