Mangaluru: Kannada actress Neha Shetty inaugurated ‘Hospitalentz’, the State level inter-hospital variety competition at AJ Hospital and Research Centre premises on Saturday, October 15.

Wishing all the participants good luck for the event, Neha Shetty said that patients and others do not think about the hobbies of doctors and other staff in the hospital. She further said that an event like ‘Hospitalentz’ is the best platform where they can be competitive and display their extra abilities.

Director of Yenepoya institution, Farhad Yenepoya, the chief guest on the occasion spoke and encouraged the participants.

Neha Shetty kicked started the Anthakshari competition by singing a song.

Dr Prashanth Marla, Medical Director, AJ Hospital, welcomed the gathering. Assistant manager HR, Shashidhar Acharya, rendered vote of thanks. Director of Medical administration Dr Amitha Marla, medical superintendent Jayaram and others were present.

Hospitals from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Bengaluru urban district will participate in the competitions.
