ABVP holds relay-protest on consecutive 6th Day

Mangalore:The relay-protest that is being going on since six days, urging the state authorities, in order to hand over the case of Sowjanyas rape and murder to CBI, and to hand over the suspicious death case of Akshata to CoD was held in front of University College, here on Tuesday October 30.

At the backdrop of ABVP protest urging the law enforcement agencies and governing authorities to investigate the cases of sexual abuse, rape, murder and women violence that have taken place in the campus of education institutions or outside or in public places in the country.The sixth-day relay protest was held at University College here on Tuesday.

The postcards campaign urging the Chief Minister to take early actions in punishing the guilty in this regard was launched on the same occasion.

Hundreds of students participated in the protest that was led by ABVP city organizing secretary Mahipal B K, joint convener Yatish Kumar P, city secretary Chetan, Prashant Bajali, Mamata, Diva, Babita, Deepti and others.
