Hassan :  A ninth standard girl studying in the Sri Adi Chunchanagiri Kannada Medium School here has ended her  life by hanging herself in her house when she was all alone.

The deceased girl is Anusha (14). She has written a death note in which she has mentioned the name of a  school mate who she said was abusing and teasing her and her friend Dakshayini.

Anushas father Rangaswami who works in a cement shop has alleged that though he had once spoken to Anushas  teacher of the problem, she had taken it lightly. Anushas mother work s in a garment factory in the industrial area.

A  complaint has been lodged in the local police station and investigations are in progress.
