Bantwal: In a tragic incident reported from Ninnipadpu in Narikombu village of Bantwal taluk on Saturday May 31, a six year old boy lost his life after he accidentally fell on a tree cutting saw machine.

The deceased boy is Sanketh (6), son of Suresh Mugera, an artist. Sanketh’s uncle Dejappa was cutting the tree branches using the saw machine for fire wood purposes, close by the house.

Sanketh who was playing nearby all of a sudden fell over the machine. The boy who sustained serious injuries in his neck was immediately rushed to the Bantwal Government Hospital.

However, he succumbed on way due to profuse bleeding.

Bantwal Town Police have registered a case.
