Mangaluru: A 50-year-old man was found dead next to Cad Centre near Besant college in Kodialbail in a suspected murder on March 21.
The deceased has been identified as Vinayaka Panduranga Baliga, an electrical contractor by profession. A gang allegedly attacked him when he was jogging. The locals immediately rushed him to hospital where he was declared brought dead. Blood stains were found on the victim’s vehicle leading to the speculation if it was a murder or accident.
Kadri DCP(Crime) Sanjay Pateel rushed to the spot. Further investigation is on. The dog squad has been brought to the spot.
