Mangaluru: In a shocking incident, a 16-year-old student was found dead in his room at a residential school at Vagga in Bantwal on Friday, January 8.
The deceased has been identified as Deeshak, son of Devanna Nayak and Shyamala. He was studying at the Morarji Residential school.

On Friday, he told his friends that he would join them for breakfast later, and returned to his room. Later when his friends came to his room, they found him hanging from the roof.

The reason for his extreme step is not yet known.
