Bengaluru: Two habitual offenders were arrested and loot worth 9 lac was recovered from them on Sunday late night, June 5.

The central division of city police have arrested Mohammed Jabiyuddin (32) and Mohinuddin Pattekar (30), and recovered 310 grams of gold and two vehicles.

The offenders were involved in several criminal cases like housebreaking, vehicle theft, chain snatching and others.

Interestingly, the offenders had allegedly stolen their own lawyer’s bike after they approached him to fight their cases.

They changed the number plate of the laywer’s bike and sold it off.

The offenders were involved in several cases lodged at JP Nagar, KG Halli, Banashankari and other police stations
