Bengaluru: The city police finally registered case against miscreants who allegedly abducted and molested a girl in Kathrigippe few days back.

The victim is a native of Manipur and a student of city based pharmacy college was allegedly dragged into a under construction building by miscreants on April 23.

To her dismay, Chennammanakere police refused to file an FIR based on her complaint.

Soon after the media exposed the incident, bowing down to the pressure finally the case has been registered on Monday, May 2 and manhunt is on.

The CCTV footage flashed by channels showed a lone woman standing on the street and a man grabbing by her waist and forcefully taking her away.
