Bengaluru: Coming down heavily on the State government’s way of handling DySP MK Ganapathi suicide case, former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa on Sunday said that government is trying to bury the case thus sending a wrong message to public and police personnel.

Speaking after inaugurating the Chaitanya Samavesha, he said that his party will not let the case wiped out and fight for till it’s handed over to the CBI.
Mocking the State government he said that Siddaramaiah’s achievement under his leadership is nothing but providing ‘Suicide Bhagya’ for police fraternity.
Taking on Congress government’s performance, he called it as ‘zero development’ governance and expressed hope that BJP will win at least 150 seats in the next assembly elections. Winning more than 20 seats in Bengaluru city alone is our target, he said.
Union Minister Sadananda Gowda, former Deputy CM R. Ashok and other party leaders were present at the function.
