Bengaluru:  A 15-year-old boy committed suicide on Tuesday night in Anandpura, allegedly fearing that his school would issue him TC.

The deceased Partheev, son of Rajendra, was a Class 9 student at a private school in the city.

It is said that the boy had failed in five subjects and the teacher had threatened him to give him a Transfer Certificate and send him out of the school.

Dejected over this, Partheev ended life by hanging himself to a ceiling fan at home when his parents were out.

JB Nagar police have registered a case of unnatural death.
