Bengaluru: DG & IGP Om Prakash gave instructions through video conference to various police heads across districts regarding police staff going on mass leave on June 4.

Prakash has asked the respective Superintendents of Police to warn the police staff from going on leave and has advised them to grant leave only in case of genuine emergency.

He has also asked the police heads to create awareness about various facilities available for the police staff.

It is said that he also advised about precautionary measures to be taken on June 4.
