Bengaluru: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced the results for the 2023-24 SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) Examination today. The results were declared at a press conference held by the board.
KSEAB Chairperson Manjushree presided over the press conference and announced the SSLC results. She was joined by KSEAB Director Gopalakrishna and Principal Secretary of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ritesh Kumar Singh.
A total of 8.69 lakh students had appeared for the SSLC examination this year. Among them, 4,41,910 were boys and 4,28,058 were girls. The exams were conducted from March 25 to April 6. As per the released results, Udupi district has emerged as the top performer in the state with 94 % passing percentage. Dakshina Kannada secured second position with 92 %. And Yadgiri district secured the last spot with just 50.59 % of passing percentage.
Results will be available at the official websites kseab.karnataka.gov.in, karresults.nic.in, or sslc.karnataka.gov.in. Bagalkote’s Ankita secured 625 marks, while in Sirsi, student Darshan scored 624 out of 625 marks.
