SEC schedules local bodies by-polls on March 2

Bangalore: The State Election Commission (SEC) on Monday February 10 announced the calendar of events for by-elections to 10 wards of various urban local bodies.

The elections will be held in Davanagere City Corporation, K R Nagar, Moodabidri, Puttur, Dandeli, Badami, Ilkal, Mulgund and Chamarajanagar. Polling will be held on March 2 between 7 am and 5 pm. Counting of votes will be done on March 5,an official press release said.
