Bengaluru: Wakf minister B Z Zameer Ahmed Khan announced that the holy Ramzan fast will start across the state on Tuesday, May 7, except in the coastal areas.

Speaking to reporters after a meeting of the Moonrise committee at the Wakf Board, he stated that the experts informed that the fast will start on Tuesday.

The meeting was attended by senior religious leaders and experts.
