Bengaluru: A prime suspects of the II PU Chemistry Question paper leak racket was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Tuesday.

Police sources said that Kiran alias Kumarswamy, a close relative of the mastermind Shivakumaraiah was arrested based on a tip-off.
The cops raided a farm house at Yelahanka and arrested him. He was involved very actively in question paper leak and sale for the last two years.
A LIC agent by profession, Kiran would receive question papers from Shivakumaraiah and would then supply them to lecturers and parents for huge amounts. He had developed his own circle which included a few lecturers of unaided institutions who also work as LIC agents.
CID officials said that Shivakumaraiah’s son Dinesh, another prime suspect, is still absconding and the hunt for him is on.
