Bangalore: The PU results will be announced on time from the students’ prospective point of view, said Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Kimmane Rathnakar on Monday, April 2.
Speaking to media he said that the results will be announced on time and there is no need to be tense about the same.
“I have discussed with the officials concerned regarding the issue and everything has been put on track,” he said allaying fears that the results will be affected by the PU lecturers’ strike.
Meanwhile, he also said that 17,000 teachers will be appointed in the current fiscal year and the process will begin soon, he added.
