Bengaluru: The government has decided to have no lockdown in the state given the financial situation, stressed Minister for Agriculture B.C. Patil. However, he added that the public need not fear because precautionary measures are in place with the government having prior experience of handling the pandemic.
He was speaking to media persons here on March 22 Monday. Expressing his opinion on farmers’ protest, he said that there is no question of taking back farmer laws because the laws are in favour of farmers and not anti-farmer as projected, he added.
Defending his act of taking injunction from the court against media airing derogatory contents, he said that Congress has no right to question him on exercising his right. He alleged that they are resorting to hate politics as they were thrown out of power by BJP.
