Idhu Nimma Vahini Kala Vedike Celebrates 9th Cultural Programme Extravaganza
Bangalore: The 9th edition of the cultural extravaganza, organized by Idhu Nimma Vahini Kala Vedike, took place at Kannada Bhavan, Nayana Rangamandir, JC Road, Bengaluru, from 2 pm to 9 pm on Sunday. The event, held in honor of Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar’s birthday and International Women’s Day, showcased a vibrant array of cultural performances and honored notable achievers.
The programme commenced with an inauguration ceremony graced by Bengaluru High Court advocate Pramila Nersagi, while social activist Shantha Krishnamurthy presided over the event. Notable personalities including Editor-in-Chief of Hai Bangalore Bhavana Belagere, Associate Artist Appu Venkatesh, KGF fame artist Anmol Vijay Bhatkal, and artist Avinash attended as chief guests. Bigg Boss 10 winner and actor Karthik Mahesh added to the festivities with a special voice message.

Following the award ceremony, attendees were treated to a captivating cultural programme featuring performances by S Tilak Raj under the direction of A. S. Arathi Suresh. Dance, music, and skit performances by Natya Sannidhi, Bharatnatyam, and Kathak by Natya Sannidhi Kalathanda enthralled the audience.
The event was expertly compered by journalist Kishore Kumar KS, dance artist Sujeeth, media consultant Nanjundappa V, Raj Sampaje, Bharatanatyam dancer Varshini, and Kishan Surve.
