Bengaluru: An FIR has been filed against BJP MLA Uday Gurudachar of Chickpet Assembly Constituency based on the complaint filed by his relative Prashanth.

In the complaint, Prashanth has alleged that Uday had committed a fraud by breaching a business agreement.

As per the complaint, JP Nagar Police has lodged an FIR against the legislator and has begun an investigation.

Meanwhile, Uday has clarified that he had not breached any business agreement and if so Prashanth must produce the documents. He has said that he was ready for any investigation.
