Mysuru: A woman who has sat on a vigil protest outside her husband’s house has entered 55th day and as of now there seems to be no solution in sight. The case has left the cops in a state of tizzy.

Karunashri, the woman in question had reportedly called her husband ‘bald-headed’ and raged by the hard-hitting comment, her husband closed the doors of their house on her and is strong on his stand.

The incident took place on August 25 and since then Karunashri has been on a stir outside their house in III Stage, Vijayanagar.

She cooks, rests and protests from temporary shelter, but all within the framework of Gandhian ideologies. The police who have camped nearby to protect her are going sleepless as her fight has not yielded results.

She feels police too are in a way responsible for her current state and is seeking justice from all quarters, including the area legislator.

None have cared for her pleas and her husband too hasn’t shown her any mercy till date. The State Human Right Commission members who raise their voice on all issues have not bothered to touch this case.

She is inclined to fight till the issue gets settled as she wants nothing except her husband.
