Bengaluru: The KSRTC started re-designing the interiors of its Rajahmasa buses to ensure the safety of its passengers, in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Under the arrangement, the KSRTC will redesign its interiors to ensure more physical distance between passengers. Instead of two rows, there will be three rows in the bus.

“The interior of the buses have been changed on an experimental basis. These buses are operated between Mysuru and Bengaluru,” explained KSRTC authorities.

According to the authorities, the seating arrangement has been modified as passengers are still not coming forward to use the buses.
