Bengaluru: As former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy will be turning 60 on December 16, a grand traditional ceremony has been organized his party colleagues.

It has been reported that the JD(S) leaders and legislators have planned a huge celebration on a big stage.

According to the close associates of the HDK family, the ritualistic celebrations are on since yesterday at the former CM’s residence.

Former prime minister and Janata Dal (Secular) supremo H D Deve Gowda and his wife Chennamma Deve Gowda, family members and some of the JD(S) leaders and legislators were a part of the programme.

Meanwhile, some images of the celebration have gone viral on social media. Nikhil Kumaraswamy is seen performing some of the rituals.
