Bengaluru: Income Tax officials conducted surprise raids at over 10 branches of Kalyani Motors and developers in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The search operations began at 7 am on Thursday. The IT sleuths are scrutinizing documents on alleged irregularities in income tax by the Kalyani group. A large number of suspicious transactions were reported by the organisation post demonetisation, it is learnt.
