Bengaluru: Safety of children in school premises is of prime concern to parents. So when news of a four-year-old girl studying in LKG of a private school in Dasarahalli being sexually assaulted by a security guard was known on Tuesday, several angry parents gathered at the school demanding action against the accused.

The police, on their part summoned all the five security guards in the school and questioned them.

However, investigations have revealed that there had been no sexual assault on the girl as alleged by her. The conclusion was reached after examining the CCTV footage from the cameras installed at the school. The footage did not match with the girl’s version of the story.

The police, later, showed the footage to the minor’s parents as well as several agitating parents who were convinced that the girl had not been assaulted.

Incidentally, the girl who was being educated about good touch and bad touch by her mother was told how a security guard had tried to wrongly touch and murdered a 7-year-old boy of Ryan International school when the news had come on television. The incident was deep-rooted in the girl’s mind and on Tuesday when she returned home sick from school, she accused the security guard of beating her and pulling her pant down on being questioned by her mother.
