Bengaluru: State Pre University Lecturers’ Association has announced to boycott the II PUC final examination answer script valuation, which has now left the students in a state of worry.

Speaking to the reporters, Timmaiah Purle, President of the Association informed that the main demands of the organisation are correcting the wage disparity, granting second wage promotion and others.

“We will hold a protest dharna at freedom park on January 30 demanding fulfillment of our demand. If the state government fails to respond, we will boycott the valuation,” he stated.

The II PUC final examination will start on March 3 and conclude on March 23.

As expected the students are tense over this boycott call as every year the same scenes have contributed towards poor valuation.

“The government should not allow anybody to use the examination process and the valuation process to blackmail it. Let the government initiate action soon and avoid the uncertainty,” urged Vijeth R Gowda, a student from Malleshwaram government PU college.
