Bangalore :Revenue Minister Srinivas Prasad has said that 598 land surveyors would be appointed soon after the conclusion of legislature session.

Replying to Allam Prabhu Patil (Congress)?in the Council the minister said while 55 employees would get promotions, 500 would be recruited directly. Of these, 43 would be reserved for physically challenged. As many as 1,613 candidates who were earlier recruited as land surveyors have undergone six-month training.
