According to the authorities, even though the state government brought an amendment to the state land reforms act through an ordinance, sub registrars declined to register the new properties citing absence of a government order in this regard. Based on this observation now a two pages government order has been issued.

According to the order, the sub registrars have been asked to register land in name of the individuals who buy the land.
