Bengaluru: In a Facebook post that has gone viral, once can see the goodwill gesture of Tamil Nadu Police helping people plying in cars with Karnataka registration.
Joyal Bindu, in his Facebook post has explained how patrol vehicles of Tamil Nadu police escorted their car bearing Karnataka registration, for over 350km! The gesture of the Tamil Nadu police has been appreciated by one and all.
The incident as detailed by Bindu took place when he was returning to Karnataka from Kerala via Tamil Nadu. At the toll gate over Madurai bypass, police asked him to park to the side. He was informed that his vehicle would be escorted by police in a while. To his surprise, his car, along with another 16 vehicles with Karnataka registration number plates were collectively escorted by Tamil Nadu police.
