Bengaluru: Fed up by the complaints and counter-complaints against each other by the family members, which increased their work pressure, the Girinagar police have registered suo moto complaints against all the members of the Duniya Vijay’s family under the CRPC section 107.

Police warned strict action against them if they are found instigating the other or are found indulging in any anti-social activity.

According to the sources, all the members of Vijay family including his first wife Nagarathna are named as accused in this suo moto case. “All are produced before the DCP and given station bail. Since last one month, issues have been cropping up in the family almost every other day, causing pressure on the police. It is sending the wrong message to the general public. Keeping all this in mind, we have registered Suo Moto case,” informed the police.
