Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy is celebrating Deepavali with the flood-affected villagers of Belagavi district.

Kumaraswamy, who arrived at Belagavi, on Saturday, is camping at Chikkodi. On Sunday, he will visit  the flood affected villages like Manjari, Yaduru, Mangavathi, Ingalagova and other villages and listen to the grievances of the people. He will celebrate Deepavali with the affected families in the flood relief camps.

Kumaraswamy informed that keeping in mind the difficulties faced by lakhs of families across the state due to the flood, he is not celebrating Deepavali with his family.
