Bengaluru: A young girl, who was being pressured by a man to fall in love with him, ended life on March 19, Saturday.

It is said that the girl could not cope up with the torture that accused Praveen was subjecting her to. Living under constant fear of acid attack for turning down his proposal, the girl on Saturday opted to end her predicaments.

Praveen has been taken into custody by the police after the parents of the deceased filed a complaint.

It is learnt that Praveen threatened her of acid attack.
