Bengaluru: In a raid launched by Lokayukta officials, disproportionate assets worth Rs 1.86 crore were uncovered on Monday, December 28 in Bengaluru.

Another raid was launched simultaneously on the houses of two officials Bharathesh in Seshadripuram and Jayaram in Chikkalasandra in the city.

During the raid, Bharathesh was found to have properties worth Rs 86 lakh and Jayaram worth Rs 1 crore that are disproportionate to their known sources of income.

Cases have been registered against both the officials under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
