Deve Gowda wants govt to take over BMIC project from NICE

Bangalore: Expressing displeasure over the  delay in the Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (BMIC) project, JD(S) National President HD Deve Gowda  has on January 6, Monday urged the state government to take over the project from  Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE).

Gowda said  despite assigning the project 19 years ago, NICE has not been able to complete it. He said documents pertaining to the alleged misappropriation have already been sent to the government.
