Bangalore: Congress will win 130 to 140 seats in the upcoming assembly elections, the former minister D K Shivakumar expressed hope.
Addressing media persons during a discussion meet here on Friday April 26, Shivakumar said that the people are fed up of BJPs corrupt rule of five-year term. The voters aspire the able leadership takes the reign of state administration. The pulse of the voters are with Congress, said Shivakumar.
