Bangalore :  Chief Minister  Siddaramaiah is   facing a fresh challenge with his Tamil Nadu counterpart Jayalalitha moving the  Supreme Court seeking damages incurred by TN due to crop loss  due to the adamant approach of Karnataka in releasing Cauvery river water. The Tamil Nadu Governments move at a time when the states reservoirs have dried up for want of good rainfall since the past two years,  has  proved a big head ache to the Chief Minister.

Already several prominent cities including Bangalore and Mysore are facing water problem with the government finding it extremely difficult to supply adequate water.

With water levels in all reservoirs sinking, Karnataka is left with no other option but to wait for the mercy of the rain God. This being the case, the legal battle waged by TN Chief Minister has only revealed her politics of hatred.
