Bangalore:“Appropriate action will be taken fter examining the contents of the Justice Padmaraj Committee report on allotment of ‘G’ category sites of the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA)” said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
On Sunday while speaking to reporters after taking part in a mass marriage programme held.Meanwhile he said, the whether to reclaim the allotted sites or not will be taken after analysing the report. Since he has not gone through the report submitted to the State government, he will not be able to comment on it right now , he said.
The government had set up the committee to look into the discretionary allotment of ‘G’ category sites between 2004 and 2011 following a Karnataka High Court order. In all, 313 BDA plots in prime localities were allotted by the then chief ministers, N Dharam Singh, H D Kumaraswamy and B S Yeddyurappa.
