Bengaluru: In a shocking incident, a 13-year-old boy committed suicide on Wednesday evening after he was forced to go to school by his parents.

The deceased has been identified as Chandrashekar, son of Venkatesh who works as a daily wage worker and a resident of Banashankari second stage. According to police, the boy was not happy attending classes. When his parents forced him to go to school, he was dejected. He hanged himself to the ceiling on Wednesday evening when his parents were at work.

Banashankari police have registered a case of unnatural death and the investigations are on.
