Bengaluru: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has revised the timetable of the six-coach Namma Metro train that was inaugurated last Friday.

The six-coach train would travel 4 times in a day, two trips in morning and evening between Nayandahalli-Baiyappanahalli (Purple track). During the peak hours, the 6-coach train would travel as a loop train in the purple track from Vijayanagar to Baiyappanahalli.

According to the earlier timetable, the 6-coach train used to complete the route during evening only. To control the traffic density, the corporation had decided to provide four loop service between Vijayanagar and Baiyappanahalli. At present that timetable has been revised.

The revised timetable: From Baiyappanahalli- 8.02 am, 10.44 am and 5.34 pm, 6.59 pm. From Nayandahalli- 8.45 am, 11.31 am and 6.14 pm, 7.40 pm. Loop train- from Vijayanagar at 10.03 am and from Baiyappanahalli at 9.27 am.
