Bengaluru: The Police informed that a Government School teacher and aide were arrested for alleged theft.

The duo were stealing valuables from various temples of the State. The Police informed that as many as 18 cases have been solved with recovery of valuables being worth Rs. 19.2 lakh.

The valuables were missing from many temples including that in Yellapura, Ankola, Sirsi, Banavasi, Shivamogga, Hamsabhavi and Hirekerur.
