Bengaluru: Academy of Pastry Arts, an International pastry school offering world class training to the aspirational young Pastry chefs, has been inaugurated on Thursday. This 17000 sqft centre is the Academy’s second branch in India, with the first one located in Delhi.The inaugural function was held at No 9, Jakkasandra Street, Sarajpur Main Road, Koramangala 1st Block. It was graced by eminent chefs Frederick Hawecker, MOF and Abhijit Saha, alongside veterans of the industry. This is a great opportunity for patisserie enthusiast of to be exposed to the world-class practices of the dessert industry.
