BBMP ropes in Kiccha Sudeep for ‘Smart City’ awareness campaign

Bengaluru: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on Wednesday initiated an awareness programme appealing to the public to give their suggestions on what needs to be done to make Bengaluru a smart city and the Palike has roped in none other than Sandalwood superstar Kiccha Sudeep as the brand ambassador for the programme.
The BBMP has provided eight mobile vans to create awareness among the public in the eight zones of the BBMP.

Speaking to media after inaugurating the programme, Mayor BN Manjunath Reddy said that Bengaluru has got a unique chance to claim for the status of a smart city.

He appealed the general public to give their valuable suggestions which would emphasis on Bengaluru to become a smart city.
