Bangalore: State BJP Leaders angry over Rebellions Tells to go

Bangalore, Apr 5: The numbers of rebellions in BJP are increasing as the assembly elections are nearing.  Five MLAs including tourism minister Anand Singh are believed to have resigned for their posts on Thursday April 4.  It would be a major blow to state BJP.

Meanwhile, the BJP leaders who are in anguish over this development sent a strong message that whoever wants to desert the party can do so ahead of announcing the final list of candidates on Friday April 5.

The minister Anand Singh has already announced resignation to the post and BJP membership.  He decided to contest the upcoming assembly elections as independent candidate.

The minister Narasimha Nayak (Raju Gowda) who resigned to his post in order to join Congress but that has denied and forced him to resign for his BJP membership and finally decided to join JDS.
Madalu Viroopaksha of Channagiri, Ramachandra Jagaloor, MLC Shivaraj Sajjan resigned to BJP membership in order to support the former CM B S Yeddyurappa.

MLA Manappa Vajjal resigned to his post on Tuesday April 2 and joined JDS.  Many ministers and MLAs of BJP are likely to exit from party by Friday April 5.

The minister Somanna who wanted to join JDS but denied by them, forced to contest the upcoming elections as BJP candidate from Govindaraj Nagar.  It has drawn the curtains for the rumors that Somanna will contest the elections from either Hanoor or Gundlupete in Chamaraja Nagar district.
