Bengaluru: The Enforcement Directorate special court judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar will pronounce court’s decision on the bail application moved by the jailed Karnataka Congress leader DK Shivakumar today.

The argument on the bail application was completed on Saturday and the judgement was reserved for Wednesday. DKShi who has been arrested under the various provisions of the money laundering act is likely to move to the Delhi High Court in the event of the ED court rejecting his bail application. Presently, DKShi is lodged at the Tihar jail along with former finance minister P Chidambaram, who is facing corruption charges.

DKShi’s brother MP DK Suresh and a panel of advocates from the Bengaluru are camping in New Delhi. The order is expected at 11 am.
