Bangalore  : Suresh Babu,BSR Congress legislator from Kampli who has been arrested in connection with the Belekeri ore missing case, has been  entrusted to the CBI custody till September 27 by the court.

Suresh Babu who was arrested by the CBI sleuths on September 19, Thursday was produced before the CBI Special Court on Friday.

The CBI had informed Speaker Kagod Timmappa about Suresh Babu’s arrest through a fax message.
