Bengaluru: A day after the case against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over Hublot wrist watch was dismissed by the ACB, another case has been put up on Saturday.

And this time, it’s a case of nepotism, favouring his son to set up a lab in a government hospital premises.

RTI activist Bhaskaran has filed a complaint against Siddaramaiah accusing practice of nepotism and misuse of power to favour his son.

The petition was submitted to ACB ADGP Gagan Deep on Saturday, April 16.
