Bengaluru: Yet another case regarding de-notification has been registered in the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday.

An advocate Nataraj Sharma has filed the case against the CM for de-notification of a land near Rachenahalli.

The BDA commissioner Shyam Bhatt’s name is also included in the plaint petition.

This is the fourth case registered against the CM in the ACB.

The Hublot wrist watch case, favouring his son in setting up a lab at a government hospital and Hebbal land issue are the other three cases registered against CM earlier.
