Telangana CM to offer ornaments worth Rs 5 cr to Balaji!

Nizamabad: After a multi-crore Yaga that Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao performed recently to fulfill a vow, he is all set to fulfill yet another vow. This time he is offering ornaments worth Rs 5 cr to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala.

The CM has reportedly said that this vow, he would fulfill soon as Lord Venkateswara has answered his prayer for a separate Telangana state.

Rao, along with his wife K. Sobha, took part in Sudarshana yagam at Sri Venkateswara temple at Timmapurgutta in Birkur mandal on Saturday, where he said that a kalyana mandapam will be built at Timmapurgutta at a cost of Rs 10 crore.

Rao said that the Venkateswara temple will be developed on the lines of Tirumala and 387 acres of land at Timmapurgutta will be allotted to it.

He donated Rs 1,00,116 to the temple.
